Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Technical Sales function, this role is the face of the customer, providing support to representatives and customers Canada-wide. This is an entry level position with room to grow. Our small and friendly team environment is a perfect place to start your career.

The incumbent will have an innate ability to multi-task and prioritize, with a genuine desire to delight customers.
- The role includes handling all incoming calls from customers with courtesy and professionalism, reviewing and entering technical orders with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining a customer database and mailing list for direct marketing initiatives and managing all orders from start to finish, expediting deliveries when necessary.
- The incumbent will have had related experience either in a specialist, technical or administrative role, where they will have answered customer's requests for information, both thoroughly and timely, entered detailed (technical) orders accurately and have the ability to work confidently with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally. An innate ability to learn and remember technical details is vital to being successful in this role. Post-secondary education preferred. Attention to detail and computer skills include competency with use of MS Office for general business activities.
